begins, provide estimates and resolve questions along the way. Every device goes through a rigorous
quality assurance process, to ensure accuracy of fabrication and cosmetic finish before it is shipped
to you. We will work with you until both you and your patient are 100% satisfied.
Carbon Express warrants every device we make against defects in craftsmanship and materials for
the period of one year. Patient molds are kept in house a minimum of 12 weeks to allow for any
necessary alterations (longer upon request).
All devices are customized to each patient from your cast, with a reinforced foot plate, and fully lined
with foam. Acrylic laminations using carbon fiber are also made.
