We currently carry carbon fiber pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, in a bidirectional woven twill fabric of 50”
width, and unidirectional prepreg 300 grams per square meter.

Recommended processing conditions: Can be cured at temperatures from 250F to 300F, depending upon service temperature requirements. Low, medium and high pressure molding techniques may be used to cure the resin. Recommended cure cycle is 50psi; 3F per minute ramp to 275F; hold for 60 minutes, cool to <140F. Once cured, material has been performance tested to -65F, and performs well under extremely cold conditions.
