Every device goes through a rigorous quality assurance process, to ensure accuracy of fabrication and cosmetic finish before it is shipped to you. We will work with you until both you and your patient are 100% satisfied.
Carbon Express warrants every device we make against defects in craftsmanship and materials for the period of one year. Patient molds are kept in house a minimum of 12 weeks to allow for any necessary alterations (longer upon request).
All devices are customized to each patient from your cast, with a reinforced foot plate, and fully lined with foam. Acrylic laminations using carbon fiber are also made. Call for pricing and turn around times.
Michael B. Smith has been working in the O&P field for over 19 years applying experience in creating devices that meet the needs of difficult to fit patients with diverse requirements. He has mastered a variety of techniques over the years, but sees greatest opportunity in the advancement of high tech composite materials. He applies years of acquired skill and knowledge in fabricating to your specifications.
